Welcome! We can’t wait to meet you!

View the schedule and select a class. Select ‘Book’ to be directed to MindBody, our booking software provider. You will be prompted to create an account. If you have an existing MindBody account then use the same email address so that your class passes will sync to your MindBody app for quick booking.

Next, choose your class Package option, and add payment details to complete the booking.

Different class levels are available to ensure the class can be enjoyed by a range of participants. Class level is not about strength; you will get more efficient strengthening from mastering the level you are at rather than rushing to progress!

If you are new to Reformer Pilates, are pregnant or have not practiced in a while, our Foundations class is ideal.

If you are a Pilates regular and looking to be challenged, Progressions class is for you.

Go to the class schedule to see each class description; the recommended pre-requisite experience is listed on each description.

If you are in any doubt about which class is right for you, attend several Foundations classes and it will become clear.

We understand there are times that you cannot make it to a class you’ve booked. Cancellations should be made online through the booking system. To make class spots available for waitlisted clients the following timeframes are in place. The free cancellation timeframe is 8hrs for Group Classes and 24 hours for Private classes prior to the scheduled start time.

For less than 8 hours notice (or 24 hours for Private classes), online cancellation is still required, and will incur a fee / deducted class pass if you hold a pack of classes.

Full details should be read in Terms and Conditions.

The first port of call is your medical practitioner as they will advise whether your injury affects your ability to participate in a Group Reformer Pilates class. A requirement of attendance is the acceptance that you are physically fit and able to perform the Pilates exercises without risking serious injury. In some cases we may ask you to provide letter from your medical practitioner confirming this.

If you are in any doubt please contact us for a confidential discussion so that we can direct you to the most suitable class type or demonstrate modified exercises in a Private session to enable you to participate in Group classes.
